Performers Roster and Schedule
1:25 - Two 4 Blues
Frank Bourque, guitars and vocal; Ron Smith, lead guitar and vocal; Bill Hayward, bass; Chris Gately, drums
This four-member band sounds just as the name implies, and have been delighting audiences at their ongoing "Thirsty Thursday Happy Hour" gig at Pop Pop's in Wayne, PA.
2:20 - Andrew Behringer
Andrew is a singer/songwriter and Coatesville native who mixes original tunes with a long list of diverse covers. He is performing at Grounds For Music for the second time.
3:15 - The Nerve
This five-piece band incorporates a blend of many styles, giving the ultimate impression of a progressive rock group, with funky and melodic leanings. Christine Dragon, lead vocalist, brings a smooth, but powerful element to the mix.
4:10 - Al Bien & Friends
Al and Clara Bien, Peter Hayes, Millard Brown, Paul Iaboni, and other surprise performers of note
Al Bien and his friends are seasoned folk-rock musicians that play mostly original music.
4:45 - Faye Hoek
Grounds for Music welcomes this talented young blues singer, who projects emotion with maturity and depth, for her second public performance.
5:15 - Fontaine Cooley
Peter Hayes, guitar; Terry Bortman, bass; Paul Iaboni, mandolin; Jeff Gordon, Zen drum
These four musical friends offer up jazzy instrumentals.
6:10 - Kiwi
Ed Artz, vocals, guitars, keyboards; LaShawn Kendrick, vocals, bass guitar; Dave Stouber, drums; Dan Ehart, guitar
Kiwi is honored to be among the musicians who have performed at all four Grounds For Music Festivals! They are performing original songs from their four CDs, including their upcoming CD produced by multi-platinum selling, multi-Grammy award winner Andy Kravitz.
7:05 - Free Range
Diane Bostelle, flute, vocals; Alex Bostelle, guitar, vocals, saxophone; Jim Fitzgerald, drums; Tom Umile, vocals, bass, guitar, harmonica; Diane Umile, vocals, keyboards
This recently formed band includes five seasoned musicians who play a diversity of styles and cover songs by John Hiatt, The Indigo Girls, The Beatles, and more, as well as unique original songs.
